All three connect through one celebration page and share one storage allowance, activation and expiry. Each album has its own name, cover and QR code or link.

Yes, after purchase and entering your wedding date. Your paid preview allows 10 photos and two videos within 250 MB of combined originals across the whole purchase. Each photo can be up to 20 MB; each video up to 100 MB and 60 seconds. Remember and Celebrate also allow two voice messages, each up to 60 seconds and 5 MB, within that same 250 MB.

Full activation becomes available 14 days before your wedding and happens only when you choose Activate. You can request an ordinary cancellation refund before that action. Passing the date alone does not activate your gallery. Remedies for technical problems are separate.

With Remember or Celebrate, post requests inside your guest gallery, such as asking for first dance videos. Guests see your requests and can add the moments they captured. Requests do not automatically send messages or emails to guests.

Remember and Celebrate include a voice guestbook. Each message can be up to 60 seconds and 5 MB and uses your purchased storage. Before full activation, the preview allows two messages within the combined 250 MB allowance.

Your gallery is available until 12 months after your wedding. Guests can upload until expiry, subject to your remaining capacity and upload settings. You can close and reopen guest uploads before expiry.

Yes. Buy during the final 30 days before expiry to add 12 calendar months to the current expiry. Collect is $19, Remember $39 and Celebrate $69 for its included 80 GB. Celebrate with 100, 120 or 160 GB renews for $89, $109 or $139 total. No automatic charges or renewal after expiry.

Celebrate starts with 80 GB shared across its three albums. Add 20 GB for $29, 40 GB for $49 or 80 GB for $89, up to 160 GB total. Later upgrades pay the difference: 100 to 120 GB is $20, 120 to 160 GB is $40 and 100 to 160 GB is $60. Extra storage shares the gallery expiry and adds no extra time.

Yes. Collect to Remember is $20, Remember to Celebrate is $30, or Collect to Celebrate is $50. An upgrade preserves your files, dates, activation and refund status. It does not restart any deadline.

Your existing files stay accessible until expiry. Uploads that exceed the allowance are blocked. Delete unwanted files to free space, upgrade packages, or add storage with Celebrate. Extra space is never charged automatically.

We send reminders 30, seven and one day beforehand, with the option to buy another year before expiry. If you do not extend, uploads, viewing and downloads close at expiry. Active originals, viewing copies and ZIPs are deleted within 30 days. The deletion period does not add customer access or a late renewal window.

People with your private link can enter the guest gallery. Use review mode to approve uploads before they appear. Close uploads or reset a link when needed, and share private links carefully.

Yes. Every package includes original downloads. You can export your collection and move it to your chosen storage service. For an unsupported viewing format, the complete original remains available to download.

Contact support for your one permitted direct booking date change. Your wedding must remain within 18 calendar months of the original purchase. Storage runs until 12 months after the approved new wedding date. A date change never resets activation or refund eligibility.

Collect is $59 with 20 GB, Remember $79 with 40 GB, or Celebrate $109 with 80 GB shared across three albums. Package prices are final USD totals including applicable tax. Optional upgrades, extra storage and annual extensions are separate purchases with no automatic charges.
